Here are my workouts for this week!

I fell off a little towards the end of the week because of some nagging foot pain, but it seems to be related to tightness in that leg so I tried to push through. A lot of my strength training has been Beachbody workouts lately because I just haven’t had the time to spend designing my own, but I’ll start mixing it up in the near future. 🙂

Sunday — T25 Alpha lower focus

Monday — 1.5 mile walk

Tuesday — BB bulk chest, 15 min abs; 2 mile walk

Wednesday — BB bulk back, walk 2.9 miles

Thursday — off

Friday — (zoo trip, walked about 3 miles)

Saturday — off

Sunday — walk 1.5 miles

I’m also officially signed up for my NASM certifications, so I’ll be brushing up on the finer points of strength training, group fitness training, and nutrition so I’m ready to take those tests ASAP! Here’s to the start of an awesome week!
