Potty training two kiddos at the same time is kinda challenging, but Jonah is taking to it far more quickly than Micah ever did. Jonah wants to be like his brother so much, and I’m hoping that’ll be enough motivation for him to really get this down. It would be so nice to be able to stop buying diapers and pull-ups! We’d practically be rich if that happened πŸ˜›


Jonah is really having fun with it, and Micah is getting involved too. I’m also hoping that seeing Jonah successful with potty training will curb a lot of Micah’s accidents, and maybe even help him get over his fear of pooping in the toilet! πŸ™‚


I love this silly face so much! Seriously, no matter where we are or what we’re doing she’s always doing something to make us laugh. The boys absolutely idolize her, and love watching her antics too. πŸ™‚ And for the record, mine is the tart yogurt with the fruit in it, not the ones bathed in chocolate. πŸ˜›

Micah takes his Italian ice VERY seriously lol. He and I had a date at the pool on Tuesday, and he absolutely loves to swim! Every morning when he wakes up, the first thing he tells me is that he NEEDS to go swimming. It was pretty hot out, so I let him get away with a cold snack before we got in the hot car to go home — he didn’t even look up until he was completely done! I don’t get alone time with either of the boys often, and it was so nice to be able to give him all of my attention for a few hours πŸ™‚

Today marks day 4 of being strict on the Wild diet, and I’m really enjoying myself. I’m super simplifying the way I cook but I’m not bored at all. Seriously, I had steak for breakfast two days in a row and I feel awesome, I have a ton more energy than normal, and I’m losing weight and inches already. It’s about time I actually pulled the plug on processed food and grains, and I’m so glad I did! My next goal is to ditch the energy drinks completely, and I think I’ll be able to do that in the next week or so. I’m so excited to be a trainer again and make fitness an even bigger part of my daily life! πŸ™‚
