I feel like I say this a lot, but it’s been a crazy week! Trying to take a breather at work and have some healthy snacks while I sneak in a blog….

I’ve been working especially hard on healthy eating, because my heel made it impossible to work out for a few days. I’m finally getting back to working out, and I’ll be finishing Day 24 of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge today. It’s hard to get derailed, but getting back on to working out has been really exhilarating, and I’m excited to keep it going! Of course, without healthy eating the workouts will never change my body, so that’s been a major focus for me.

My sister in law came to visit for a few days, and the kids got to play together. It was so adorable to see Baby Boy try to play with her 4 months old daughter! We were so absorbed in watching them we completely forgot to take pictures though — we had one video and I extracted some pictures from it, but they’re super blurry. You can get a general idea of how cute they are though…he thinks bouncing her head like a basketball is a perfectly appropriate way to say “hi!”.

Of course, Sunday we went to church, and I just can’t get over how adorable my little man is in a suit! That little vest and the tiny tie are the cutest things ever, I wish he would tolerate me dressing him up like that every day 🙂

Of course, we had to have Brinner to round out the weekend (who else misses Scrubs?), so Big Sister got to make homemade orange juice all by herself — she was thrilled! Hubby is a huge Scrubs fan too, and he absolutely loves having Brinner, so I figured I’d make it happen for him — plus who can argue with that super excited face??

IMG_8288Of course, there’s still a ton going on, but we’ll have to save any further updates for tonight — I have to get back to work.

What fun (and random) family traditions do you have? Is anyone else out there as big of a Brinner fan as I am?
