For those of you that aren’t familiar with them, trainer haters are a series of exercises that burn nearly your whole body.
Start in a push-up position with your hands on dumbbells.
From this position, do a push-up, then a right handed row.
Do another push-up, and a left handed row.
Jump up to standing while holding the dumbbells, and perform a bicep curl followed by an overhead press.
This is one rep — repeat as many times as possible for 10 minutes.
Even though it’s only been 10 days, I can feel my arms getting more firm, and I’m a lot stronger. I’m really excited for next week’s weigh in/measurements — I know two weeks isn’t enough time for major results, but I’m ok with baby steps. 🙂
