Not long ago I was completely overwhelmed by the day in and day out reality of having 3 young, high energy kids. It wasn’t until my youngest son was nearly 3 years old that I really started making a noticeable (and permanent) dent in the baby weight I’d been carrying for years.

Although it was insanely embarrassing to work at a fitness professional while still being overweight myself, for some reason I just couldn’t manage to stick with the habits I knew made me feel good and changed my body in positive ways. It was confusing to me because these things were easy before I got married and had children — what changed?

It wasn’t until I realized that pregnancy and adjusting to life as a new mom had caused me to change my habits and to step away from the things that kept me accountable that I was able to start making progress towards my goals again. Having a system to keep me accountable and learning to make my habits work for me has been a complete game changer in all aspects of my life: fitness, my relationship with my children, work, school, and even mundane tasks like laundry. I’m not waking up earlier or staying up later, and I’m not living in the gym, on fitness apps, or in the laundry room either!

In addition to my personal experience with fitness and weight loss, I’ve spent the last few years obtaining fitness certifications and specialties to help me better serve my clients. Among other certifications, I am an NASM certified personal trainer, an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, a Crossfit Level 1 and Crossfit Strike coach, and I hold specializations from NASM in Fitness Nutrition, Behavior Change, MMA Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement. These specializations allow me to determine the best way to adjust programming for clients who are experiences challenges.

From the start of the program, we will work together to find and implement an eating and exercise plan that will fit your busy lifestyle and not break the bank (no expensive required supplements — just real food!). Then over time, we will hack your habits to makes sure you’re set up for success in making these healthy changes last forever.

  • Daily content Monday — Friday with relevant information ranging from fitness, nutrition, habit coaching, workout recovery, goal setting, and much more!
  • A membership and tracking site which will allow scheduling of workouts, meal tracking, habit tracking, a group chat to allow for support from other group members, as well as a quick way to reach me with questions, as well as results tracking.
  • Daily question thread Monday — Friday. Ask any question you want, and it will be answered in the next day’s video.
  • Daily workouts Monday — Saturday, which will be divided into beginner, intermediate, and Crossfit Strike styles (3 available workouts each day)
  • Email access to me Monday — Saturday. If you have questions, want to discuss changes to your program, or just need some support, I am available for you. (Evening emails will be answered the following day, and no emails will be answered on Sundays.)
